A great evening routine.
A great morning routine can even start the night before. Life will always be in different phases, some nights we go out, some nights we sit up working late, but if you have the opportunity to incorporate some of these steps before you go to bed you really set yourself up for a great morning and day.
Log of all screens after 21.00. A really good function on Iphones is to set on screen lock!
Light a candle (recommend eco-friendly candles). It’s a nice ritual for foucs and also a nice way to spend a moment giving back and feeling grateful for everything we have.
Read a book.
Give yourself a foot massage. Our feet have over 7000 nerves, and they carry us through life. Give them some love!
Meditate – even just 5-10 minutes before going to bed will give you much higher quality sleep.
Journal anything and everything that is on your mind. This way we leave our problems on the paper instead of taking them to bed.
Eat light in the evening so that you don’t have to digest a heavy meal all night.
Stretch you body.
If you had a busy day – a little yoga and especially child’s pose is amazing.
