This porridge is actually made in exactly 90 seconds. That's a quick meal! We use Ancient Harvest Quinoa Hot Flakes Cereal from iHerb. It's filled with proteins, and has a very natural taste. Therefore, it is a good idea to top it with the best homemade granola and berries.Homemade granola
2 dl sesame seeds
2 dl flax seeds
2 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl almonds chopped finely
1 dl of walnuts chopped finely
1 dl peanuts chopped finely
2 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs raw honey
2-3 tbs water
1 tbs cinnamon
1 pinch himalayan salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Chop up the nuts, and mix everything together in a baking bowl. Make sure that the granola is moist enough before placing it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. This way it will become sticky and crunchy, just the way it should be.Enjoy!
