Hi loves!
Just wanted to write a small update on what we have been doing lately and how Susi and I am doing. Last Friday we moved to Leucadia, just north of Encinitas. It’s a small surfer town, filled with beautiful houses, palm trees, lot’s of surfers, beaches, sporty people and dogs.
We just felt such a relief when we came here and to find that we had booked the cutest airbnb ever. After a lot of horrible Airbnb experiences, it was really good to have a positive experience! It was really out of our budget and price class, but we just really wanted to invest in having a place where we could work and be comfortable. So worth it!
So the days here have been very comfortable. We walk a lot, because we don’t have a car. I have missed walking so much so for me this was really positive. My goal is to have 10.000 steps every single day. Until now that only happened twice on this trip.
A typical day looks something like this:
0715: Waking up
0720: Making luke warm water with lemon & relax and write in Braindump
0730: Morning walk around 40 minutes. Walking to Moonlight beach to watch the surfers
0830: Celery. juice + 10 min meditation
0840: Plan the work day + make breakfast
0900: One large smoothie! Preferably: 4 bananas, 4 cups of berries, 1 tsp spirulina, 2 tsp barley grass juice powder & orange juice topped with dates & apple (2 people).
0915: Start to work, check emails, post on Instagram, start todays projects
1230: snacks, break & out for a walk with Noah
1300: Lunch
1330: Back to work + snacks
1700: Break - work out of the day/ surfing/yoga/ hot yoga/ pilates
1900: Dinner
20:00: Back to work - either edit a podcast, watch a documentary, blog or update instagram
22.00: Try to put phone away
23:00 Bed time good night!
It’s really nice to have such a predictable day with so much time to work and walk and just be focused. It’s not very social but for at the week days its just perfect. This weekend we are going back to LA to walk in a sustainable fashion show! So excited for it. We will of course bring you a long <3
