We don’t have a studio at the moment, so when it comes to working out on the road you have to get a little creative. We have some favorite videos and apps we wanted to share with you guys<3
No equipment work out
For these workout videos you don’t need any equipment, but if you have a yoga mat or something to support your knees, its definitely a plus. The Tracy Anderson Method is pretty well known, and there are a lot of good youtube videos out there if you want to check it out. We also have some other favorites up our sleves:
Yoga
Yoga is for absolutely every one, so if you are curious about testing if out for the first time but don’t really know where to start, youtube is your friend. There are, however, millions of videos out there! We have been searching for the best ones for years and these are the ones that made it to the final round.
Brett Larkin
You will thank us later! This woman is just to amazing, and her videos have saved some pretty anxious moments. We recommend to start with her chakra balancing yoga and the meditations that follow. She has classes for every level, so just start where you feel comfortable and work your way up.
Yoga with Adrienne
You have probably heard of this channel before, because she is probably the biggest Yoga YouTuber right now. If you are experiencing neck pain, cramps, feeling stressed out just type in “yoga for ….” and Adrienne has your back!
Best workout apps
7 minute work out
Love to use this app after a short run. 7 mintes that works out your whole body. If 7 minutes is too short for you, just double the time.
Runtastic
Adidas running app, where you can track your running. Personally it makes it more motivating to run when its tracked.
Mindbody
A genius app you can use in most big cities to find workouts, yogas, massages that are near you, and also cheaper intro offers and discounts
