So this morning Susanne had an idea that we would both challenge each other to have ONE day without any negativity. That means we can only say positive things out loud.
If one of us failed, we have to say 10 positive things about ourselves afterwards. Anette failed at breakfast because she complained about how she looked in a photo, but got back on the horse again.
This is such a good training for the brain, just to notice how often we go into a negative spiral. By doing this challenge we work on rewiring the brain to think more positive. Meaning you will also attracts more positivity into your life! Join us! We all need this in the dark part of the year. Together we will lift each other up and remind each other that we are really fucking amazing.
