Hope you’re doing good. As you may have noticed fo you follow us on Instagram, we really love smoothie bowls. They can be made in so many different varieties, although we both tend to make the exact same every single morning. So today I decided to get really creative in the kitchen and make three different smoothie bowls with different super food from Purasana! We love working with Purasana, as they source organic super foods from around the world. Staring the day off with a smoothie bowl is a really delicious way to eat lots of greens, fruits, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in the morning. It’s also really pleasing to eat because its so pretty! One of the keys to making a smoothie bowl is making the consistency thick enough. A smart way to do this is to freeze your bananas. So here are our top 3 favorite smoothie bowls with different Purosana mixes!
Classic Acai bowl
1 banana
2 dl blueberries
1-2 tbs Purasana Acai Berry Powder
1 squeeze of orange (optional)
Topping: Raw cacao bites, Bee pollen, bananas, coconut flakes, home made almond butter (see recipe in our book: Jordnært)
Blend all the ingredients together and start decorating your bowl!
Raspberry bowl
2 bananas
2 dl rasberries
1 tsp Purasana Maca powder
Topping: Frozen blueberries and home made granola
Blend all the ingredients together and start decorating your bowl!
Green Mango bowl
1 frozen mango
2 frozen bananas
1 tsp Purasana Grass mix
Topping: Banana, chia seeds, passion fruit and home made coconut yogurt
Blend all the ingredients together and start decorating your bowl!
