Eat well. Eating plant based is a really good thing for your health and you will thank yourself later. In this current time we recommend eating mostly cooked foods, especially if someone else makes it. We love deliciously Ellas recipes, we also really love Medical Mediums recipes and we have a lot of different ones on this blog too. Hope you feel inspired to start cooking!
Don’t use your phone the first 30 minutes of the morning. It’s so easy to feel more anxious these days and to spent more time than usual reading the news. But when you wake up in the morning, try to spend some time away from your phone. This will improve your mental health and recuse the risk of feeling even more anxious.
Exercise. This is one of the best ways to generate positive energy into your body! It also improves mood, and makes you feel energized. Although all gyms are closed, there are a number of ways to work out at home or in nature. Check out our blog post about our favorite workouts without a gym here.
Journal. Journaling is something we both started with the last three or four years, and its a really good way to check in with yourself. It doese’t have to be fancy, just use a notebook and write down a few sentences about what you are feeling right now. Getting it out of your head and onto paper can be the biggest stress relief!
Smile! If you are reading this and your face is serious, try smiling and see what that does with your whole mood. Force yourself to smile and you will automatically feel like you are in a metter mood. It actually works!
